Trademark Hero is a watchdog that allows us to monitor closely all the filings at IP Australia and if anybody applies for a Trademark which is substantially identical or deceptively similar to one of our clients, we know about it virtually straight away. It’s very easy to stop a trademark at the beginning of it’s journey but it is impossible once that trademark goes through to registration to do anything about it.
