Prior to joining IP Wealth®, Paul committed 10 years to the police service, alongside setting up and operating several successful small businesses. That background, built on helping people navigate difficult situations with clarity and care, led naturally to his role at IP Wealth® where the same need exists. His previous career as a qualified and registered Private Investigator further enriched his understanding of enforcement and investigation, experience he continues to bring to trade mark and IP matters on behalf of clients.
As General Manager, Paul supervises all staff and operational affairs of IP Wealth®, and has been instrumental in implementing the policies and procedures that underpin the firm's high standards of client service. He has personally trained the IP Wealth® team to communicate with clients in plain, honest language, stripping away legal jargon so that every client leaves a conversation informed and confident. His belief is straightforward: a well-informed client is a well-protected client.
Paul is personally invested in every matter that comes through the firm, regardless of the size of the client or the complexity of the issue. He does not hand off new clients and move on. He remains present, engaged, and genuinely committed to outcomes. When something is unlikely to succeed, Paul will say so directly rather than proceed at a client's expense. He applies this same standard of care to his team, firmly believing that a supported and happy team delivers better outcomes for clients.
