IP Wealth's Scent-sational achievement...

IP Wealth are the only firm in Australia to have successfully registered a SCENT as a trade mark in Australia for our client!  We are VERY proud of this achievement.  As you know we are a crafty bunch and it was with care and precision that we ensured our client's eucalyptus scented golf tees were owned exclusively by this Gold Coast company.  Only 7 other companies have tried to achieve registration for a scent as a trade mark in Australia, all unsuccessfully.  Clearly, you know where to come should you require your particular scent registered and protected!

IP Wealth exhibit at the The Franchising  & Business Opportunities Expo 

On Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th of September 2009, IP Wealth exhibited at the Franchising & Business Opportunities Expo at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre!  Hollie Caruana operated our stand providing information to persons interested in purchasing a franchise, or those looking to franchise their current business. We also presented a seminar outlining the importance of trade mark protection for franchises which was well received.  Overall the exhibition was a great success and the IP Wealth team are looking forward to assisting many franchisors and franchisees with the intellectual property associated with their businesses. 

IP Wealth lists in the 2009 BRW Fast 100!

The past 2 years were turbulent times for many Australian businesses, and many business owners would agree that surviving the global financial crisis was a victory in itself.  This is why IP Wealth are so pleased to announce another fantastic achievement - we have listed in the 2009 BRW FAST 100, placing at 95! Thank you to all of our dedicated clients, staff and associates who have contributed to the company's success. 

IP Wealth August 2009 Team Lunch - Pizza Capers

Thursday August 27 2009 the IP Wealth Team enjoyed a great lunch together from the recently opened Pizza Capers Store in Scarborough Street, Southport.  The team enjoyed a large range of pizzas whilst chatting about recent cases, matters and events.

IP Wealth July 2009 Team Lunch - Yum Cha

On Thursday 13 August, Michael Beverley (otherwise known as our director of culture and enthusiasm) treated the IP Wealth Team to lunch at our local Yum Cha Restaurant as a reward for the team’s commitment, enthusiasm and overall performance through the start of the 2009-2010 financial year!  The Team enjoyed new and exciting tastes in a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of laughs had by all. 

IP Wealth Participation in Jeans for Genes Day 2009

On Friday August 7, the IP Wealth team participated in the annual Jeans for Genes Day campaign for the Children’s Medical Research Institute!  Team members ‘dressed down’ in jeans for the day, and in turn made donations to the Children’s Medical Research Institute.  The team also sold official merchandise and in total raised over $300 for this worthy cause.  Further donations can be made at any time via the official website www.jeansforgenes.org.au

Michael Beverley nominated for 2008 Gold Coast Business News Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award!

IP Wealth is proud to announce that Michael Beverley has been listed as a finalist for the inaugural 2008 Gold Coast Business News Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Announced at the award ceremony on the Q Deck of Q1, the list of finalists read like a who's who of Gold Coast Businesses. Zaraffa's Coffee founder and Master Franchisor Kenton Campbell took out the top award, whilst Michael Kljaic of MKM Group of Companies and Rob Hynes of Hynes Lawyers both received honourable mentions. Not only was Michael honoured to be nominated for this award, but he was also pleased to see numerous IP Wealth clients and associates on the finalist list - Congratulations!

IP Wealth is proud to announce that we have been listed in the Queensland 400 for 2008 - coming in at 376 on the list of well-established and growing Queensland private companies. Making the list of the top 400 privately owned businesses in Queensland is a huge achievement for IP Wealth and we are proud to be doing business in Queensland. We would also like to congratulate our Queensland clients who also made their mark in the QBR 400.

The prestigious BRW magazine annually lists the Fast 100 edition - offering the most comprehensive annual guide to the booming SME sector in Australia. Compiled in association with RMIT University's School of Management, it ranks the 100 fastest growing small and medium-size businesses by annual revenue growth over three years. After just missing out on being listed in 2007, IP Wealth is proud to announce that we have made the cut in 2008.
