The IP Wealth Difference

The IP Wealth Vision
To be the Intellectual Property service provider of choice for Australian entrepreneurial businesses; and to be the recognised #1 Intellectual Property educator for business leaders in the world.

Our Promise To You - To keep you fully informed - all the way through.
Naturally, you want to be kept in the loop as your search, trade mark or design application, diagnostic or audit makes its way through to completion, especially with trade mark applications which can take a minimum of 7 1/2 months to achieve registrations. After-all its all about YOUR valuable asset and YOUR business plans, so being kept informed about progress and major milestones is vitally important. This is why it is our promise to you that you will always have a friendly, yet professional stream of communication to keep you informed all the way through.

However if at any time you need further information please feel free to be in touch and we will answer promptly within 24 hours if not well before. In fact, our Customer Service Charter, which is detailed below is an important way that we ensure our answers and response times are swift and in plain English.

Customer Service Charter
Please take a moment to read our Customer Service Charter in full (as below) as it details in "black & white" what you, as our valued client, can expect from ALL employees of IP Wealth Pty Ltd. If you believe that an IP Wealth employee is not complying with the standards of excellence outlined in our Charter, please contact IP Wealth's Managing Director, Michael Beverley on 0755 313 609.
